Teresa is a board-certified clinical sleep educator, a national speaker, and the founder of Sleep Better NYC. She founded SBNYC after seeing countless family, friends, and patients struggle through the typical pathways and knew she could provide solutions to help them sleep better. Her expertise is in sleep apnea, sleep hygiene, and mindset for sleep and overall wellbeing.
Teresa lives with her husband in Brooklyn, NY.
She loves a good boxing workout, never turns down Italian food, and enjoys wine & whiskey from time to time.
Drew has 17 years of experience in clinical sleep medicine. He specializes in sleep testing and sleep apnea treatment. He holds several clinical sleep credentials, and serves as the SBNYC IT guy. In addition to coaching for SBNYC, He is also the founder of One Sleep Solutions, which offers corporate consulting to both clinical and industry sleep companies.
Drew has a 7 lb cat named The Macallan, his favorite movie is The Princess Bride, and his guilty pleasure is late-night karaoke.
